My home was hit by a tornado. There were black marks on the brick from shingles hitting the home. The biggest problem was fiberglass insulation mixed with dirt and mud stuck in every corner and crevice of the home. Total Solutions not only removed the black marks and all the insulation but took the extra steps to hand wash all the individual windows frames, doors and glass to really make the house look clean. TPS was the best to deal with from start to finish. I know this is their busy season, but they got our job completed quickly and efficiently. We have a 112 year old aluminum house that was in dire need of repainting. But if you know anything about aluminum it oxidizes and a powdery substance covers all of the siding. It’s kind of a nightmare to prep for painting. So we had TPS come out and William knew just exactly how to clean the aluminum for us to have a clean slate to paint. And boy did it work! We didn’t run into a single issue trying to paint, it made our process so much easier. Thank you TPS for making a job we weren’t looking forward to SO MUCH EASIER.

Total Property Solutions ran a contest for a free playground equipment-cleaning for our local schools. Our school won the wildcard drawing, and they donated two playground cleanings. After that effort, I knew I would have to try the service. I have a two story 100+ year old home. I know most gutter cleaning companies were overwhelmed with the high roof, not TPS! I love the ease of reviewing estimates, accepting work orders electronically and paying online. They also have a bi- annual service you can sign up for to ensure your home maintenance doesn’t go forgotten. I received a text about 30 minutes before their arrival which a person who lives by a schedule, truly appreciates. William was very professional and I am super pleased with the workmanship, service, and professionalism. I would recommend Total Property Solutions for any one looking for house washing, deck washing or gutter cleaning. Very impressed!

TSP did an incredible job power washing my home’s brick exterior! The brick had not been cleaned in many, many years. There was a lot of oxidized paint staining much of the front exterior really made the house look bad. I tried several different chemicals and nothing worked. William came over and tested a section to see if he could remove it and lo and behold, he was able to power wash the house later on that same day! He did a great job and there was no affect on my landscaping. Price was very reasonable. I wholeheartedly, recommend TSP and will use their services regularly to keep my house looking great.
